As I began to check in with myself I realized that when I got frustrated or impatient, I experienced the feeling in my body first and it hit me in the gut right where the solar plexus is located, the more I thought about it the worse I felt. Think about it, Does getting upset with the guy on the freeway make him feel worse or just you?
Operate from a place of gratitude, turn your thoughts towards gratitude, for the big and small things in life. I cannot change another's behavior, but I can change mine for the benefit of my physical and emotional self. I will now be more cognizant of my thoughts as they come in and respond accordingly.
